Since 1982, Christopher Brown, RPT has serviced pianos for the greater Concord MA area, initially as the Brown Company and eventually as Concord Piano. Currently Chris concentrates on action work and tool making in the shop, while Yoshi and Xiaodan provide in-home piano service and maintenance.

We recommend and install Dampp-chaser humidity control systems as they provide superior tuning stability and protect soundboards.

We are skilled at repairs, regulation, voicing, and all that goes into caring for your piano. As part of The Piano Rebuilders, we also offer best quality rebuilding and restoration services.
